Deactivate Routes

A workflow level route can be set as Inactive if it should no longer be made available to apply it to a workflow and it is not ready to be deleted from the system.

1. Navigate to the Program Setup > Workflow Level Automation > Routing tab.

2. Select Deactivate from the item’s options.

3. Confirm the action to set the route as inactive.
