View Routing History

Grant Managers with access to the Workflow Level Automation area can view a brief history of the workflow level route that was applied to an application, what level it was routed to, and when this occurred.

1. Navigate to the Program Setup > Workflow Level Automation area.

2. Select the Routing History tab to view this information.
