Home screen metrics
The home screen of the Agent Portal contains a set of metrics so you can evaluate your performance. You can change the drop down at the top of the page to view either the last 30 days or last 90 days of activity.

The dollar value of all donations you've entered in the last 30 days or 90 days. The leaderboard shows the top agents at your organization and shows where you rank within your organization.

Your donor total for the last 30 days or 90 days. Donors are credited when you enter a donation from either a phone call or a text message. The leaderboard shows the top agents at your organization and shows where you rank within your organization.

Your average number of calls placed per hour of calling over the past 30 or 90 days. The team average is based on the average of all agents at your organization with at least 1 call in the 30 or 90 day period.

Your average number of text responses sent per hour of texting over the past 30 or 90 days. The team average is based on the average of all agents at your organization with at least 1 text message in the 30 or 90 day period.

The total number of calls you've placed (attempted) over the past 30 or 90 days. You can also see how many calls lasted longer than 1 minute, which is a good estimation of how many quality conversations you've had. The avg. talk time is the average across all of your calls. Talk time is measured from when the prospect answers the phone until the end of a call. An unanswered call has a talk time of 0 seconds.

The total number of text responses you've sent over the past 30 or 90 days. The conversations metric shows the number of prospects you've texted with over the past 30 or 90 days.

Your hours logged from the last 30 days or 90 days between calling and texting. Calling hours are logged when from when you start calling until you exit the calling workflow. Texting hours are logged while you are in the texting workflow or in the text message inbox.
