Agent performance comparison

The Agent Performance Comparison viewport shows you how your agents are performing in your campaigns. This viewport will show all agents that have had activity in the campaigns and date range you've selected. You can change these selections using the page level filters at the top of the Analytics page.

You can select any of the linked numbers in the viewport to view the list of entities.

Key definitions:

  • Hours: The number of hours the agent was active in the selected campaigns in the selected date range. Hour tracking starts when the agent selects Get Started and stops when they select Save and Exit, Exit Campaign, or Log Out (whichever happens first).

  • Calls: The number of calls placed by the agent in the selected campaigns in the selected date range.

  • Avg. Time on Call: The average duration of calls, measured in seconds, placed by the agent in the selected campaigns in the selected date range. Call duration starts from when the phone is answered either by a person or a machine. Ringing time is not counted in the call duration.

  • Calls per hour: Calls divided by Hours.

  • Donors: The number of entities the agent recorded donations for (either Pledge, Credit Card, or Other) for the selected campaigns in the selected date range.

  • Donors per hour: Donors divided by Hours

  • Dollars: The dollar value of donations the agent recorded (either Pledge, Credit Card, or Other) for the selected campaigns in the selected date range.

  • Dollars per hour: Dollars divided by Hours.

  • Unsp. Pledges: The number of unspecified pledges recorded for the selected campaigns in the selected date range.
