Agent call logs
The Agent Call Logs viewport shows you the recent calls your agents have made. This viewport will show all agents that have had activity in the campaigns you've selected. You can change these selections using the page level filters at the top of the Analytics page.
Key definitions:

Campaign Name: The campaign the agent was working on when they made a call.

Date: The date and time that the call was placed, displayed in your local time zone.

Agent: The name of the agent who placed the call.

Entity ID: The entity ID of the prospect the agent called.

Entity: The first and last name of the donor.

Dialed phone number: The phone number the agent called.

Result: The status of the placed call.

Call duration (seconds): In seconds, how long the phone call lasted.

Details: Provides additional information related to the result of the call.

Notes: Any notes the agent recorded during the call.
