Call results
The Call Results viewport shows you how your phone activity is performing in your campaigns. This viewport summarizes the call results based on the campaigns and date range you've selected. You can change these selections using the page level filters at the top of the Analytics page.
You can select any of the linked numbers in the viewport to view the list of entities with that call result.
Key definitions:

Call Result: The result the agent selected after the ending the call. You can configure the call result options for each of your campaigns in the campaign settings.
