Scheduled callbacks

The Scheduled Callbacks viewport shows you the list of upcoming callbacks to donors. This viewport will show all agents that have upcoming call activity in the campaigns you've selected. You can change these selections using the page level filters at the top of the Analytics page.

Key definitions:

  • Campaign Name: The campaign the agent is assigned to for the scheduled callback.

  • Agent: The name of the agent who is assigned to make the call.

  • Entity: The first and last name of the donor.

  • Callback Date and Time: The date and time for the scheduled call.

  • Last Contact Date The date and time when the prospect was last contacted.

  • Status: The status of the scheduled call, either scheduled or completed.
