Phone donations - pledges

You can find all of the pledges recorded by your Agents over the phone in the Pledges report. To navigate to the Pledges report, go to Analytics > Phone Donations. Pledges will display in this report after they have been recorded by the Agent.

Key definitions:

  • Campaign Name: The campaign the agent was working on when they recorded the pledge

  • Entity ID: The entity ID of the prospect the agent recorded the pledge for

  • Entity Name: The first and last name of the donor

  • Agent Name: The name of the agent who submitted the pledge

  • Date: The date and time that the pledge was recorded, displayed in your local time zone

  • Pledge Amount: The amount of the pledge. Unspecified pledges will display "Unspecified" here.

  • Amount Received: The total credit amount of cash donations received, on or after the date of the pledge, that meet the Gift Rules for the campaign

  • Email Sent Date: The date/time the email was sent, in US Central Time, if applicable (only applies for online pledges)

  • Text Message Sent Date: The date/time the text message was sent, in US Central Time, if applicable (only applies for online pledges)

  • Address Line 1: The Address Line 1, as submitted by the agent.

  • Address Line 2: The Address Line 2, as submitted by the agent.

  • City: The City, as submitted by the agent.

  • State: The State, as submitted by the agent.

  • Zip: The Zip Code, as submitted by the agent.

  • Address Updated: By default, the prospect's address from their profile will load into the address fields when the agent submits a pledge. If the agent changes any of the address fields, the Address Updated field will be Yes to indicate that the agent submitted the pledge under a different address than what was on file. If the agent did not change the address, the Address Updated field will be No

  • Designation X Amount: The amount for each designation. If the agentonly entered 1 designation, then the full amount of the gift will be indicated in the Designation 1 Amount. Agents can enter up to 5 different designations.

  • Designation X: The designation(s) selected by the agent. The agent can select up to 5 different designations.

  • Status: The review status of the pledge record, either New or Reviewed.

Exporting Your Pledges

You can export pledges directly from the Pledges report to generate a CSV version of the report that can be viewed in Excel. You can either Export All Pledges or Export New Pledges:

  • Export All Pledges: Exports all of the records from the Pledges report to a CSV file.

  • Export New Pledges: Exports records with a status of "new" to a CSV file. When you export new pledges, you can choose to change the status of all "new" pledges to "reviewed." This way, the next time you export the report you will only see the pledges that are new since the last time you exported it.

Pledges are also provided as a part of the automated nightly export process.
