Profile updates

The Profile Updates viewport shows you the recent profile updates to prospect records. This viewport will show all agents that have had activity in the campaigns you've selected. You can change these selections using the page level filters at the top of the Analytics page.

Key definitions:

• Campaign Name: The campaign the agent was working on when they made the prospect profile update request.

• Entity ID: The entity ID of the prospect the agent made the profile update request for.

• Entity Name: The first and last name of the donor.

• Agent Name: The name of the agent who requested the update.

• Agent Name: The name of the agent who made the update.

• Field: Which profile field the agent requested the update for?

• Old Value: For the profile field, the value on the record before the update request.

• New Value: For the profile field, the value the agent entered for the profile update request.

• Additional info: Any additional information the agent provided for the profile update request.

• Status: The status of the profile update request, either new or reviewed.

• Actions: The actions that can be taken on the profile update request, either mark as reviewed or mark as new.
