Texting activity summary

The Texting Activity Summary viewport shows you how various text message templates are performing in your campaigns. This viewport will show all text message templates that have been sent out based on the campaigns and date range you've selected. You can change these selections using the page level filters at the top of the Analytics page.

You can select any of the linked numbers in the viewport to view the list of entities.

Key definitions:

• Sent: The number of entities the text message was sent to in the selected date range.

• Reply Rate: The number of entities who replied to the text message in the selected date range, divided by the number of entities that were sent the text message in the selected date range.

• Pledge Rage: The number of entities who pledged via text message, divided by the number of entities that were sent the text message in the selected date range. For the pledge to count toward this text message, and agent would need to receive a reply from the prospect and then record a pledge for that prospect from the text messaging workflow. Pledges recorded via text message are credited to the most recent template that was sent to the prospect.
