Agent texting notes

The Agent Texting Notes viewport shows you the notes your agents recorded for recent text messages. This viewport will show all agents that recorded notes in the campaigns you've selected. You can change these selections using the page level filters at the top of the Analytics page.

Key definitions:

• Campaign name: The campaign the agent was working on when they recorded a note for a text.

• Date: The date and time when the note was recorded for a text, displayed in your local time zone.

• Agent: The name of the agent who recorded the text note.

• Entity ID: The entity ID of the prospect the agent texted.

• Entity: The first and last name of the donor.

• Prospect phone number: The phone number for the prospect.

• Notes: The notes the agent recorded during the text.
