Phone numbers
For each campaign in Guided Fundraising, you can choose which phone numbers are eligible for calling.
For each prospect, the Guided Fundraising agent will call the first number based on the priority of phone number you set here. To re-arrange the priority order, select, drag, and drop the items.
To change whether the phone number should be used for calls, select or clear Enable Dialing.
Tip: If a prospect has multiple identical numbers, Guided Fundraising does not call the duplicate identical phone number. For example, if preferred (highest priority) and home phone numbers are the same, Guided Fundraising will only prompt that number to be called once per play step.
After each call, agents assign a result to each phone number, which can cause the prospect or the phone number to be marked complete. If the prospect is not complete and has other available numbers to call, the agent will be prompted to dial the next available number in priority order.
