User Interface: Forms Fields

The Plan Outline Add Form includes the following Form Fields to generate the following user interface.

You may notice the ability to adjust the dates of the selected rows through the - and + buttons above the data list. These are made possible by adding <UIFields> and <UIActions> tags in the form metadata within the spec.
