Use BBMetalWeb

1. From Tools menu, click BBMetalWeb.

   

2. If a problem with the connection occurs, an error message appears:

   

   1. If this happens, click OK. The BBMetalWeb Connection Information screen appears.

      

   2. In the Blackbaud AppFx URL field, enter the endpoint URL for the web service connection.

   3. In the Database field, select the database to use with the connection.

      

   4. Click OK. If the connection information is valid, the BBMetal Options screen appears.

      

      Options on this screen correspond to arguments for the BBMetalWeb executable. For more information, see BBMetalWeb Arguments and Options.

   Note: To configure BBMetalWeb, from the Tools menu, click External Tools. For more information, see Install or Configure BBMetalWeb.

3. Select which classes to generate based on options and record types.

4. Click OK.
