Make a Donation Form Responsive to Mobile Devices

Make your donation forms responsive to donors on tablets and smart phones in addition to those on a computer.

Note: You must have an HTML 5 Page Wrapper available for the donation form. Our FREE Luminate Success Kits, include a Responsive Donation Forms Kit. The kit includes the responsive page wrapper code that you can use with your Luminate Online donation forms to create a donor experience your constituents will love.

The Standard Donation and the Payment Type donation form elements have the Responsive layout. All other donation form elements are the same as standard form elements. When in the Responsive layout: 

• The Standard Donation element doesn't include the configurable column level layouts because they aren't necessary

• The Payment Type element is compact and uses selection buttons instead of drop-down menus

Locate and make a donation form responsive

1. Go to Fundraising > Donation Management.

2. Select the All Donation Forms tab and locate your donation form.

3. In the Actions column for that form, select Edit.

4. On the Identify Donation Form page, scroll down to the Form Layout option.

5. Select Responsive.

6. Select Save.
