After creating the eCard campaign and selecting the stationery layout of the eCard, you can customize the translated language that displays for each locale on the Edit eCard and Thank You pages. You can also add custom content (text, images, and links) in the content editor block on each page and then translate that custom content for each locale.
To provide content explicitly for one locale and not others, you can use the Conditionals drop-down.
