In an email message created in Email Campaigns or Quick Email, the recipient-facing fields have locale tabs for creating email sender, subject, and the HTML and plain content of the message.
Note: Configuration fields that display only to other administrators do not have the locale tabs available.
To target an email or all messages in an email campaign at a specific locale, you can create a group that includes all constituents whose profile is set to that locale (such as French-Canada) and then run a query to build the group as your target audience.
To place specific content (such as text or a graphical image) in the message body for one locale and hide it or use different content for all other locales, you can insert conditionals in a content editor block.
