In Personal Fundraising (formerly known as Tributes), the standard fund pages displayed to constituents (such as the Search, Fund Information, and Thank You pages) are automatically translated into their selected locales. Fund champions can create their funds in their own locale.
You can use locale tabs to customize the:

Title of the fundraising campaign under which the champions will create the honor, personal, or memorial funds

Text label for the email opt-in checkbox presented to fund champions while registering

Content in the waiver that the fund champions must agree to

Text in the questions on the fund creation forms
Refer also to the details about the autoresponder email messages automatically sent in response to the fundraising interactions.
Note: Configuration fields that display only to other administrators do not have the locale tabs available.
