You can archive any unpublished alert to remove it from the alert list. The alert Status may be Unpublished, Expired, Inactive, or Draft. For instance, you might decide not to use a completed Draft but still keep it for future use. You can always restore an alert from the Archive, if needed.
Tip: You cannot archive a currently-published active alert.
