Creating an Administrator from a Constituent Record

To assign administrative privileges to a Constituent, you create a second, Administrative record. Copying the Constituent record to create the Administrative record saves you the time of manually entering all the Constituent's information.

You then assign the Administrator role to administrative security groups, or give them full site privileges.

Note: The Constituent must have a different log in User Name for their Constituent and Administrator accounts.
