Contact Management Roles
Management permissions are grouped together into logical, default permission sets that you can assign to your Junior Administrators. Permission sets are also known as roles.

Click Setup > Groups.
Click Edit Permissions in the Actions column next to the appropriate group.
In the Permission Type list, select Contact Management and click Choose. The list of permissions displays below.
After you select a permission type (which generally corresponds with an application), more options display that allow you refine the permission. For example, if you select Content - Pagebuilder, you can specify whether group members can only edit pages, or if they can also publish.
The roles are displayed in order of increasing privilege; the role at the bottom of the list has the least permissions and the role at the top has the most.
