Creating a New Sub-directory
Your site is configured with a main, default Directory; you can also create one that is a subset of the default directory, called a sub-directory, to refine the list of members.
When you create a sub-directory, you can:
Associate it with a group of members to define who is listed in the directory.
Assign it to a security group to define who has access to the directory.
Enable the Blind Email feature that allows Constituents to keep their email addresses private but still receive email messages from registered users who access the sub-directory.
Configure the user opt-in/opt-out options.
Note: Because you associate a sub-directory with a group of members, create the new group before creating the sub-directory associated with it.
