Automatic Constituent Input Data Formatting/Validation
Note: Contact Support to enable automated constituent formatting and validation in Site Options.
Luminate Online can automatically standardize and validate data when it is entered by a new constituent on a form. Ask Support to enable this option.
Available data types
Formatting and verification is available for the following constituent data types:
First/Middle/Last Name (CONS_NAME_CLEANING_ENABLED site option)
Email Address (CONS_EMAIL_CLEANING_ENABLED site option)
Phone Number (CONS_PHONE_CLEANING_ENABLED site option)
Mailing Address (CONS_ADDRESS_CLEANING_ENABLED site option)
The formatting algorithms operate independently and can be enabled individually or in any combination.
When data can't be validated, the algorithm triggers an error that displays to constituents asking them to resubmit the unverifiable data. If the constituent resubmits the same data, or if the same error occurs upon resubmission, the formatting tool is bypassed, and the constituent-provided value is written to the constituent record.

Constituent360 - Reward User Page, Administrator-created or Administrator-edited Constituent Record when US or Canada is the country
Clubs - Email Sign Up Page
