Note: Clients with Raiser’s Edge integration may use the Organization feature, but should be advised that no organizational data will sync over. Attempted syncs from Luminate Online will not affect existing data.

Assign a parent organization

  1. Select Constituent360Organizations.

  2. On the Organizations list page, locate the organization that will be the child organization and click Details from the Actions column.

  3. Click the Organization Hierarchy tab.

  4. Hover your cursor over the current organization and select Set Parent Organization.

  5. In the Select Parent window, locate the organization you would like to assign as the parent and click Select from the Action column.

Note: You cannot select a child organization to be a parent organization without removing the Parent.
