To create a widget progress component by selecting a progress meter:

  1. Click Constituent360 > Social Media.

  2. Click the Widgets tab.

  3. Click Manage in the Actions column of the appropriate campaign.

  4. Click Create a New Progress Component.

  5. In the Progress Component Name field, enter a label that will uniquely identify this widget to administrators when they see it in lists. The name can be up to 36 letters and numbers.

  6. In the Progress Component Description field, enter the text that will included within the HTML code snippet as the IMG TITLE and ALT tags. You can enter up to 255 characters (including spaces) in this description. This information typically displays above the image on published content.

  7. In the Suggested Constituent Goal field, for a Banner Component enter:

    • The number of people that the participant should attempt to attract to take the action alert.

    • The monetary amount that the constituent should attempt to raise by sending people to the donation form (Donation Campaign:Dollars widget type).

    • The number of donations that the constituent should attempt to get by sending people to the donation form (Donation Campaign: Donations widget type).

    • The number of people that the constituent should attempt to get registered (TeamRaiser: Registrations widget type).

    • The appropriate monetary amount that the constituent should attempt to raise (TeamRaiser: Personal Dollars widget type).

      Note: The money raised through this widget is credited to the participant as well as included in the progress meter on the Personal Page of the participant.

  8. Click Next.

  9. Select Yes, I want to use a different image for the process bar. The Progress Meter Images selection list displays along with other fields.

  10. Configure the following options:

    • To add the percent achieved label to the side of the progress bar, select the Show the percent achieved option to the side of the image option.

    • To show the goal in text under the progress bar, select the Show the goal option below the image option.

    • To show the number achieved in text under the progress bar, select the Show the actual number achieved option below the image option.

  11. To change the background color of the entire component from White, do one of the following:

    • Enter the hexadecimal value of the color. The color you enter displays to the right of the input field.

    • Click the Paint Can icon and select a color.

  12. To change the change the text color from gray, do one of the following:

    • Enter the hexadecimal value of the color. The color you enter displays to the right of the input field.

    • Click the Paint Can icon and select a color.

  13. Click Finish.
