Page List
The PageBuilder Page List shows the Active pages by default. Select Show Archived Pages at the bottom to also view archived pages.
Use navigation on the left to Expand All, Collapse All, or view All Pages. In All Pages, select a content folder to view only the pages associated with the folder.
In the Move Selected Pages box, select an action or content folder, select the pages to move, and then select Move.
To locate pages, sort the Page List by Status (Active, Inactive, Pending, Category, or Last Modified date).
The Actions column shows tasks you can perform on each Page. For a Page that is Active (which means it has at least one published Version), you will see Actions to enable you to:
-
Preview the content and Page Wrapper in the Active version to view the page as authorized site visitors and constituents.
-
Manage versions and attributes from the Page Version List.
-
Edit Content on the Active version's Add Content page for quick fixes, or in a page currently not available for public view.
Note: Use this option with care on Active versions. After you make a change and save it, you can no longer retrieve the previous content. Instead, use Copy Version to make a copy of the Active version, make your changes there, and then Publish the updated content.
-
Edit Attributes to change the page's Name, Description, Administrative Security Category, Page Wrapper, Content Folder, or special properties.
-
Copy the page and all of its versions. The copied page remains in Draft status until you publish a version.
-
Show Folder to change the Page List view and show only pages in the same Content Folder as the selected page.
Most of these actions are available for an Inactive page except Preview and Edit Content, which require an Active version. You can also Archive an Inactive page to remove it from view in the Page List.
