Adding or Changing Search Keywords for a Story

  1. On the StoryBuilder List page, click the Headline link of the story. The system displays the Article Editor page.

    Note: If you are not on the StoryBuilder List page, on the navigation bar, click Content and then click StoryBuilder from the drop-down list displayed.

  2. Click into the Keywords field and add new words or make changes to the words displayed to help administrators or site visitors search for this story. Separate your keywords by commas or spaces.

  3. Click the Save button. The system displays the StoryBuilder Article saved successfully message.

  4. Depending on your site's publishing policies and your administrator permissions, you can:

    • Click the StoryBuilder List tab to close this page and perform other tasks (such as clicking the View icon to preview your change) while leaving your new story as Draft in the Status column.

    • Or, click the Submit button to submit the story for approval from another administrator. The system closes this page and displays the StoryBuilder List page again with Pending in the Status column of your story.

    • Or, click the Publish button to make this story available immediately. The system closes this page and displays the StoryBuilder List page again with Published in the Status column of your story.
