To cancel an Event
Note: Once an event has been cancelled, it cannot be restored. The Host and the Attendees will receive an email indicating that the event has been cancelled.

Click Content > Personal Events. The list of Campaigns displays.

Click Manage in the Actions column for the appropriate Campaign. The Activity List displays.

Click Manage in the Actions column for the appropriate Activity. The list of Personal Events that Hosts have created for that Activity displays.

Click Call Off in the Actions column next to the Event. Click OK to confirm. The event will be deleted from all search lists and neither the Host nor the Attendees will be able to access the event page.
