To add a ticket image to an existing ticket type

  1. Click Configure Ticket Types. The Configure Ticket Types page displays.

  2. Click Edit in the Actions column for the desired ticket type. The Edit Ticket Information page displays.

  3. Click Upload Ticket Image. The Image page displays.

  4. Click Remove Image.

  5. Click Browse to locate the new ticket image.

  6. Click Upload Image and click Finish to save your changes.
