Most contact and donation record fields automatically replicate between Luminate Online and Luminate CRM. To avoid data issues between the two systems, you can map other fields.
By default, the Luminate Online Field column on the mapping pages lists certain known fields not covered by the Luminate Integration (Luminate Service Bus) Change Monitor and the custom fields created in Luminate Online. The Luminate CRMField column lists the available fields for matching in Luminate CRM. With the appropriate permissions, you can create new custom contact or donation fields in the appropriate system to display them on these lists.
