Luminate Management Overview
Luminate Integration is a closed system that accepts user input for mapped fields, cross-references, and changes in values (such as someone completing a donation form or an administrator updating a contact's record). An administrator does not interact directly with the automated integration.

Navigate to the Luminate Management page by clicking Data Management > Luminate Management.
Luminate Integration (Luminate Service Bus) monitors changes to Luminate Online and the selected CRM. It generates XML messages associated with changes, organizes them into groups by data type (such as Contacts or Donations), and stores the messages. When the number of messages reaches an assigned threshold, Luminate Service Bus sends the message data between Luminate Online and the selected CRM. By monitoring the queue system performance, you can effectively resolve serious problems and fix minor issues.
