Monitor Queue Status
Use the Queue Status tab to view record categories that have errors. The Queue Status page lists the queues used to move new and updated records in the selected CRM in five columns:
-
Record Type refers to the general category of records. Unsent changes, pending messages, and fatal errors could appear for any record type.
-
Destination is Luminate Online or the selected CRM.
-
Unsent Changes are records that were changed in Luminate Online or the selected CRM but were not sent to the queue. Typically, the trigger (determined by time or number of changed records accumulated) has not activated, but a message in this column might constitute transient errors. Refer to the Queue Problem Management tab to confirm errors.
-
Pending Messages are records changed in Luminate Online or the selected CRM but not yet sent. Unsent changes do not necessarily mean that there is an error. Sending the message does not always occur in real time depending on the record type and transient factors.
-
Fatal Errors are items that could not be sent between Luminate Online and the selected CRM because of a problem inherent to those items such as an XML file with improperly named elements. An administrator has to intervene and requeue these messages.
Use the Queue Problem Management tab to view and manage specific records with errors. Use the Control Status tab to fix queue problems.
