Viewe and Create Auto Alerts

To view the automatic alerts, navigate to Data Management > Luminate Management > Auto Alerts. Click Refresh to refresh the view.

To create an Auto Alert

  1. Click Create Alert.

  2. On the Identify the Auto Alert page in the Identify Alert step, type a name for the alert in the Auto Alert Name box and optionally type a description in the Auto Alert Description box.

  3. Click Next.

  4. On the Define Alert Details page in the Error Threshold box, type a number for how many errors should trigger an email alert.

  5. For Email Recurrence, select whether to alert once or the selected number of hours after the first alert.

  6. For Message Types, select the type of error that should trigger an alert.

  7. Click Next.

  8. On the Select Administrators to Receive Notifications page, select the Group Type, Group, and Members who should receive the email alert.

  9. Click Finish.
