Create a Mail Merge with the Monetary Value PCTL Transaction Information Option

To create a Mail Merge based on the monetary value of donations made by your constituents

1. Run the RFM Segmentation Task that calculates the percentile in which constituents rank with each other in regard to how frequently they donated money on your site and then records this information in the Monetary Value PCTL field in each constituent profile. For assistance, refer to Managing Tasks.

2. Create and run a Query that creates a group for all constituents who place within a certain level of that factor (for example, upper 50%). For assistance, refer to Working with Query Builder.

3. Create your new Mail Merge and select the Transaction Information/Monetary Value PCTL option to include the appropriate constituent records in the Mail Merge CSV file.
