Create a Mail Merge with the YTD Alert Response Count Transaction Information Option

To create a Mail Merge based on the number of alerts to which constituents responded in the past year

1. Create and run a Query that creates a group for the constituents that responded to alerts during the previous year within a specific number range (such as more than 10). For assistance, refer to Working with Query Builder.

2. Create your new Mail Merge and select the Transaction Information/YTD Alert Response Count option to include the appropriate constituent records in the Mail Merge CSV file.

To refine your results using specific rules, you can also assign the alert information to an Engagement Factor, which requires that you first run a task before you create the query.
