Email Express
Creating a message in Email Express is divided into easy-to-follow steps. Your site administrators will get you started by performing a few setup operations in the full user interface.
In the Standard User Interface, administrators will:
Prepare new Stationery and designate it for Email Express (Email > Stationery > Create a new Stationery). The stationery will include your branding (logos, images), links to your site, the required unsubscribe link, and so forth. It will also control the overall style of any message that uses that stationery.
Note: The same stationery can be used for Email Express and Email Campaign messages.
Prepare Email Express Templates (Library > Express Library > Create New Template). The templates will tie stationery to a layout and will include content blocks that show you where to place text and images.
Create one or more Email Campaigns (Email > Email Campaigns). The Campaign(s) will serve as a "container" for your Email Express messages and will allow administrators to report on messages created in Express.
Note: Email Campaigns can contain both Email Express and Email Campaign messages.
Once these setup tasks are completed, you are ready to access the Luminate Express interface from the Standard Administrative interface.
