Configuring Cross References for the Store

If you are connected to Luminate CRM and sell products in an eCommerce store, you can record associated data (including monetary transactions) in Luminate CRM and keep the data in sync between the two systems by creating a cross reference between the store and a Luminate CRM campaign.

Instead of gathering the money collected from product purchases and additional gifts into your general unrestricted fund, you can target the money toward a specific group, person, or purpose by defining a designation specifically for each item and then cross reference those designations.

Note: If the CRM campaign or designation to cross reference does not display in the list:

(a) Because the list is too long, enter the first few characters of its name in the Filter field to display that portion of the list.

(b) Because it has not been created and you have the appropriate permissions to create it now, click the Create CRM Object button below the item to create and save it before returning to make the cross reference.
