To fix a broken link

1. In the Link Status menu, select Broken and click Update. The Broken Links report displays.

2. Right-click a URL and select Replace Link. The Replace Hyperlink dialog appears.

3. Click Browse to locate the correct URL.

4. When you are done, click OK. The status changes from Broken to Fixed.
