To add a group of radio buttons

1. In the Form Console, click Radio. The Button Group Properties dialog displays.

2. Enter the following:

• Include in Group: Select New Group.

• Label: Enter a name for the group and press Tab.

Note: The Name field is automatically populated based on the Label value. In general, you should not change the name. Doing so may cause validation errors when you save the form.

• Require at least one selection: Select if at least one selection from the group is required.

• Options Property Label: Enter the name of the first button in the group. Press Tab.

Note: The Value field is automatically populated based on the Label value. In general, you should not change the name. Doing so may cause validation errors when you save the form.

• Initial State: Select whether the radio button is automatically selected.

3. Click OK. The first radio button of the group displays.
