Reporting on Email Messages
Note: The Email Tracking and Email Analysis reports rely on data from Email Classic which has been deprecated.
You can access reports on the message you send to tell you about delivery and response statistics as well as an analysis of links that email recipients click from the message.
For a Message Details Report, click the Report icon that displays next to the Name of your message on the Email Message List screen. This report shows the content types of the message, the delivery dates, how many were sent, how many were opened, and so on.
You can also access, from the Reports tab on an Administrator page, the:
Email Tracking Report - Provides information about the delivery and responses to the email, including the number of recipients targeted and skipped, the number of bounced messages, the number of recipients who clicked links or unsubscribed, and donation information if the message contained a fundraising donation link. This report also contains links to view the Message Report described above, the actual email message itself, Click-Through Details, and Contribution Details.
Email Analysis Report - Shows the total number sent, opened, and forwarded by target recipients and the number of times the links within the email were clicked by recipients. You can analyze the data by geographic region, by donor status, or by Advocacy status.
