Sample Contacts by Organization Details Report
By default, running this report will result in all organization contacts.
Default Report Columns
By default, this report captures all contacts in an organization and the following columns are selected in this report:

| Organization | Name of the organization |
| Display Name | Public name of a company in a TeamRaiser event |
| Parent Organization | The organization that is set above another organization in an organization's hierarchy |
| Top-Level Organization | The highest level organization in an organization's hierarchy |

| Is Primary Contact? | Values are True or False |
| Type Name | Contact type assigned to the organization contact |
| Contact Biographical Information | |
|---|---|
| Contact First Name | First name of an organization contact |
| Contact Last Name | Last name of an organization contact |

| Contact Email | Email address of an organization contact |
| Contact Accept Email | Values are True or False |
Configuration for Primary Contacts Only
If you would like Primary Contacts only in the report results, add the Organization Contact Role filter as shown below. You can change the columns as you would like.
Note: Be sure to click Add this Filter once you have configured it for Primary Contacts.
