Note: The Email Tracking and Email Analysis reports rely on data from Email Classic which has been deprecated.

To run the Email Tracking Report:

  1. Click Data Management > Reports. The Reports Classic tab displays.

  2. Click the plus (+) sign next to the Email folder.

  3. Click Email Tracking. The Configure Report Options page displayed.

  4. Select which emails to report on. To report on:

    • Report on all messages - Select the option.

    • Report on the selected messages - Select the appropriate messages from the list displayed.

    • Report on the selected message types - Select a message type from the drop-down menu such as Event Invitations or Campaign Appeals.

  5. Select a predefined range or enter a custom range in the Date Send fields to further narrow the results.

  6. Click Refresh this page and wait until the status is Completed.

    Note: You may have to click Refresh again for longer reports.
