Custom Analytics Implementation

If you are not using the default, Luminate Online implementation of Google Analytics, refer to the information below to ensure your data renders correctly.

  1. In your Luminate Online site, select Setup > Site Options from the navigation bar.

  2. Select All as the Site Option Group and click Go. The full list of Site Options, or SDPs, displays.

  3. Set the GOOGLE_ANALYTICS_ENABLED option to FALSE as seen below.

Note: If GOOGLE_ANALYTICS_ENABLED is set to TRUE, page data in Google Analytics will appear duplicated and may affect transaction information.

  4. Click Save to complete your changes. You can now start tracking data in Google Analytics.

View the list of jQuery Event Information Objects you can use to write your own custom code to track specific events related to the Blackbaud Secure Payments (BBSP) checkout.

You'll need to implement your code, such as the code from Google Tag manager, into your Luminate Online pages. For more information on Google Tag manager, review Google's Tag Manager Quick Start Guide.
