Understanding Template Content Block Toolbars
Most content blocks contain an area for you to enter text (like a caption, title, body content, and so on). Although the template provides the blocks for initially creating an HTML version of the message that follows the styles set in the stationery stylesheet selected for the template, coaching email authors can perform additional formatting on the content in the Style page using a formatting toolbar that displays in the block to:
Undo and Redo your last actions
Make selected typeface Bolded, Italicized. or Underlined to offset it from normal
Change the element style to a different style specified in the stationery stylesheet (from Paragraph to Heading 1)
Change the alignment of the element so it aligns with the left margin, center of the block, or right margin, or to make it fit exactly justified in the block
Indent the text to the right to the next tab setting (or, 0.5 inches by default) or move it out to the left
Indent and prefix the text element with a bullet or number to put the items in a list
Create a hyperlink or remove one (you must select the text to make these buttons active)
Run spell check on your content
Toggle between making guideline markup visible or invisible
The exception is the WYSIWYG block, which contains a more robust toolbar for making additional types of formatting and inserting personalization to add names or salutations, conditional statements to display the text in different ways, links, and images.
