To edit the Page data element
To locate the appropriate data element:
From the top of an Administrator page, click Fundraising > Donation Management.
On the Campaign List page, click Manage from the Actions column of the appropriate campaign.
On the Donation Form List page, click Edit from the Actions column of the appropriate donation form.
From the options along the left, click Design Donor Screens.
In the list of Donor Screens, click Edit from the Actions of the donation form.
In the Form Designer right pane, click the Page element and click the Save Order and Edit Selected.
In the lower portion of the Form Designer, click the Edit Data Element tab.
To display the Progress Bar at the top of each page of this donation form:
- Make sure the Yes check box contains a check mark.
Review and/or modify the Label for each page on the bar.
Enter (or modify) the Conditional Message to show at the top of the pages of the form if the donor is Logged In. If you revise the default message, you can add personalized content (Donor First Name and Last Name) using the drop-down select list beneath the text entry area.
Enter (or modify) the text for the link the donor can use to Log Out. If you revise the default message, you can add personalized content (Donor First Name and Last Name) using the drop-down select list beneath the text entry area.
Enter (or modify) the Conditional Message to show at the top of the pages of the form if the donor has already donated during their current site visit. If you revise the default message, you can add personalized content (Donor First Name, Last Name, and Previous Transaction amount) using the drop-down select list beneath the text entry area.
Use the Preview Data Element tab at the top of the editing area to preview your changes to this element.
Click the Preview button at the bottom of the Form Designer to view the entire donation form with any changes you have made to this data element.
Click Finish.
