Provide a link to a donation form

  1. In the appropriate insertion point in your open content editor of a PageBuilder page or email message, type in a statement or phrase that introduces your donation form and select the portion to use as a link.

  2. On the toolbar in the content editor, click the Insert Links icon.

  3. On the Insert Link pop-up, click Browse Links.

  4. On the Choose Link page, click:

    1. Donation Form and then click the name of the appropriate form from the list displayed in the pane to the right.

    2. Donation Level and then click the name of the appropriate level from the list displayed in the pane to the right.

  5. On the Insert Link pop-up:

    1. For Additional Link Options, click either the Splash page or Page 1 from the Link to This Page drop-down list.

    2. To avoid adding this link to the interests of each donor who clicks the link, click the other option.

    3. To add one of the codes, enter the string for that code in the appropriate field.

    4. To add any other parameter arguments to the link, enter them in them in the Additional Arguments field.

    5. Click Select.

  6. Back on the Insert Link pop-up, to:

    1. Open a separate browser window and display the donation form in it, click Open link in new window from the Target drop-down.

    2. Add a phrase to display when the mouse hovers over the link, enter the text in the Title field.

    3. Click Insert.

  7. In the content editor, review your link and click Save.

  8. Complete your page or email according to your standard procedure.
