Updating Recurring Donation Details
If you are making recurring or installment payments on a gift, you may be able to access your profile to view and edit information about the gift, such as the date on which the first payment was made, the amount of the payments, how many payments have been made, and from which credit card or bank account you are making the payments.

Log In on the event or organization website.

Select My Account to open your profile.

Select Service Center.

Select Edit next to the label of the section you want to edit.
Note: If you have more than one gift listed, select View Details and Skip Next Payment.

Edit the appropriate information, and select Update or Save (options vary by website and section).

Note: If Skip Next Payment (or similar wording) displays, you may be able to skip a scheduled recurring gift payment or an installment payment. If the gift is not associated with a specific end date (such as fiscal book closing or January 1, 2027), the payment may be added to the end of the current schedule of payments.

Log In on the event or organization website.

Select My Account to open your profile.

Select Service Center.

To skip the next payment, select Skip Next Payment (or similar wording). To skip more than one month's payment, select Edit (or similar) in the Payment area, and select the date of the next payment.
Note: If you have more than one gift listed, select View Details and Skip Next Payment.

Confirm your request.

Log In on the event or organization website.

Select My Account to open your profile.

Select Service Center.

Select Discontinue Payments (or similar).
Note: If you have more than one gift listed, select View Details and Skip Next Payment.
