Settings
From the MobilePay Terminal menu, under Settings, you can view details such as the device name and the installed version of the app. To speed up payment entry, you can also configure various settings and default values to use throughout the app.
Note: Settings are user-specific.

App version — The installed version of MobilePay Terminal.

Terminal software version — The installed version of the terminal software.

Organization name — The organization for which you process payments.

Account name — The Blackbaud Merchant Services account for which you process payments.

Account configuration — Available account configurations for your Blackbaud Merchant Services account. If you have multiple account configurations, you can switch between them.
Tip: Add or manage account configurations from Control panel, Settings in the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal. For more information, see Account Configurations.

By default, receipts you send from MobilePay Terminal use subject lines configured in the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal. To use custom values, under Email subject lines, enter new subject lines for payment and refund acknowledgements.
For example, if you collect payments at a special event, you can customize the subject line to include the name of the event.
Tip: To include the transaction amount in the subject line, use "[total]" as a placeholder. For example, enter "Thank you for your payment of [total]."

Under Payment defaults, enter a default comment and amount that auto-populate when you add new transactions.

Under Payment buttons, enter up to six default amounts to display on the Payment screen.
