MobilePay Terminal Transactions

To view and refund recently processed mobile transactions, from the MobilePay Terminal app menu, select Transactions.

To quickly find a specific transaction, search by cardholder name or the last four digits of the card number used. You can also filter the list by date.

Tip: For a more detailed transaction list, sign in to the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal.

Refund a transaction

  1. From the app's menu, select Transactions, then select the transaction to refund.

  2. Under Details, enter the amount to refund.

    Note: For direct debit transactions, you must refund the full amount.

  3. To email an acknowledgement of the refund, under Acknowledgement, enter the recipient's email address.

  4. Enter a comment to track the reason for the refund.

  5. Select Start refund, then Issue refund.

  6. Tip: You can also refund transactions through the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal. For more information, see Refund a Transaction.

Note: To prevent refunds for declined transactions, Blackbaud Merchant Services holds direct debit refunds for five business days and automatically refunds approved transactions returned by the bank.
