Manage International Vetting Applications
Vetting applications associated with nonprofit organizations based outside of the United States can be managed from Nonprofit Management > International Vetting area.

-
Navigate to the Nonprofit Management > International Vetting area.
-
Click on the Active Applications tab to view and manage active applications.
The Active Applications tab shows all applications that have not yet been Approved, Declined, or Canceled. This includes all applications with any of the following statuses:
-
Draft
-
Awaiting Review
-
In Progress
-
On Hold
-
Revision Submitted
Note: Because applications in the International Vetting process are managed in GrantsConnect, you cannot take any actions on active applications in NPOconnect other than adding a note (i.e., click on the ellipsis icon and then Add note). For more information, see the Create and Manage Applications resources in the GrantsConnect Help.

-
Navigate to the Nonprofit Management > International Vetting area.
-
Click on the Completed Applications tab to view and manage completed applications.
Once an application has been Approved, Declined, or Canceled , it will automatically move to the Completed Applications tab. The actions that can be taken on each include:
-
Add note - Include a note for others who may be supporting this organization in NPOconnect.
Note: Notes added this way are for internal use only and will not be sent to the client.
-
Notes - View any notes and their attached files currently included in the organization's profile.
Additionally, you view the individual who updated the final status, when it was changed, and any comments associated with it in the Status column.
